Shane Press is a high fantasy author. As a Rutgers University Graduate, he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Literature with a Minor in Psychology. Inspired after reading The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, along with seeing the movies produced by Peter Jackson, he hopes to bring a new world of wonder and adventure to the world through his own novel. A huge fan of swordplay, late-game heroics, and underdogs, Shane plans to take his readers along on a journey to find a reason to rise above one's shortcomings and face the greatest challenges a warrior can face. He is currently living in Connecticut with his wife.
